Ale Brook Rescue is a small, home-based animal rescue and sanctuary operating out of Ale Brook Farms in Monmouth County, New Jersey. We are run by a stay-at-home mom with a deep commitment to giving animals a second chance in a safe, loving environment.
We are not open to the public. Our animals are cared for on private property to ensure their safety, reduce stress, and allow them to heal and decompress at their own pace.
Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and protect animals who have been neglected, surrendered, or placed in unsafe living situations. Every animal who comes into our care is treated as an individual, with patience, compassion, and respect.
Ale Brook Rescue focuses on:
Rescuing dogs and puppies from breeding mill situations
Taking in animals from poor or unsafe living conditions
Accepting owner surrenders when families can no longer provide care
Rescuing and providing sanctuary for livestock in need
Many of the animals we take in require medical care, rehabilitation, or simply time to feel safe again. We are committed to meeting those needs before placing animals into appropriate homes or providing lifelong sanctuary when needed.
Because we are a small, home-based rescue:
Animals receive hands-on, daily care
We are able to closely monitor behavior, health, and progress
We prioritize quality of care over quantity of animals
This approach allows us to make thoughtful decisions that are always in the best interest of the animals.
Ale Brook Rescue operates without public funding. All care is made possible through donations, adoption fees, and community support. Every contribution directly supports veterinary care, food, housing, and daily needs.
